Eustis Street Reconstruction

Contact us

Ramsey County, in coordination with the City of Lauderdale, is reconstructing Eustis Street between Larpenteur Avenue and the Lauderdale city limits (just north of Como Avenue). The county is reconstructing the existing roadway to address pavement issues, provide continuous sidewalks through the project area and improve drainage along the corridor.

The project team wants to hear from you! What issues, concerns or needs do you have for Eustis Street? The team will seek input from the public about improvements, and keep the public informed throughout the concept development and design process.

Goals

  • Address pavement issues.
  • Provide continuous sidewalks through the project area.
  • Improve drainage along the corridor.

Timeline

  • Preliminary Design: 2022-23
    • In May, crews will be onsite to perform soil testing.
  • Final Design and Right of Way: 2024
  • Construction: 2025

Community Engagement

Community input will be used to understand needs and issues along Eustis street. Your feedback will help the county finalize the design of the road. The first phase of engagement will show proposed concept improvements and will get ideas and comments from attendees.
