This hearing provides and opportunity for the community to share feedback on the housing and community development needs and objectives of Ramsey County and the proposed use of FY 2023 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and available, if any, Program Income derived from CDBG and HOME.
