Ramsey County and the Workforce Innovation Board announce the launch of the fourth Inclusive Workplaces Cohort
Ramsey County and the Workforce Innovation Board (WIB) are proud to announce the launch of the fourth Inclusive Workplaces Cohort, continuing a strong commitment to helping local employers foster respectful and welcoming work environments where all employees can thrive. Building on the momentum of the first three cohorts and aligned with Ramsey County’s Economic Competitiveness and Inclusion Plan, this initiative fosters leadership development and peer learning to help organizations create more inclusive workplace cultures.
This year, eight organizations from across the region have been selected to participate in the nine-month executive leadership experience, representing a wide range of industries and a shared commitment to advancing equity in the workplace. The 2025 cohort includes:
- Wilder Foundation
- Every Meal
- MNGI Digestive Health
- The Lumin Group
- Backstory Coffee Roasters
- Orion Corporation of MN
- Mississippi Market Cooperative
- Ramsey County – Public Pathways
Participants will engage in structured learning, peer dialogue, and collaborative problem-solving designed to challenge assumptions, center lived experiences and develop inclusive practices that align with each organization’s unique culture and goals.
ADR Consulting Group will once again facilitate the cohort, creating a dynamic and trusted space for deep reflection and action. With a team grounded in intersectionality and real-world DEI expertise, ADR helps guide cohort members in building inclusive leadership capacity and long-term strategies.
“We are excited to welcome the fourth Inclusive Workplaces Cohort and commend these employers for their commitment to cultivating workplaces where all people can thrive," said Catrice O’Neal, Director of Ramsey County Workforce Solutions and Executive Director of the WIB. "This initiative is one of the many ways the WIB is advancing its mission to dismantle systemic inequities and promote inclusive economic growth across Ramsey County.”
The Inclusive Workplaces Cohort is led by the WIB’s Equity Committee, with support from the Partnership and Outreach Committee, and reflects the WIB’s ongoing commitment to equity-centered workforce development.
