By submitting the online form below, you are self-registering for the Ramsey County Section 3 Network. Submission of the online form does not certify a business as Section 3 with Ramsey County. In order to become certified by Ramsey County as a Section 3 business, you should:
- Submit the online form below to join the Section 3 Network.
- Complete the Section 3 application emailed to you by county staff.
- Email application and supporting documents back to county staff.
- Wait to receive a Section 3 Certification letter from Ramsey County.
If you have been certified by one of the other local governments in the Twin Cities, you may forward that information to be included on Ramsey County’s certified list. Business certification lasts for 6 months or the duration of a Section 3 project.
