Public Health in Public Places (PHiPP) puts public health nurses and community health workers into community centers and libraries where communities face multiple health barriers. Public health staff work with individuals and communities to educate and support people with health information, screenings, referrals, community connections and education.

- Supporting you in making an informed health decision.
- Taking your blood pressure.
- Connecting people to a variety of ounty and community resourcs.
