Ramsey County Parks & Recreation drafted an off-road cycling, or mountain biking, master plan for Battle Creek Regional Park in 2017. An open house was held to review current off-road cycling trails, preview future trails and discuss other cycling amenities within the park and a survey of trail users was used to create the draft plan.
