The Ramsey County Attorney’s Office filed charges against the three owners of Bayvista Incorporated, detailing multiple counts of wage theft, insurance fraud, and tax evasion in connection with a 2024 project for roofing and gutter replacement work at the McDonough Homes, which offers public housing through the Saint Paul Public Housing Agency.

The spending plan reflects both the current challenges facing local government and the choices required to ensure a stable, resilient and responsive county government — now and into the future.

"We are heartbroken by the tragic shootings that have shaken our community this week. Our thoughts are with the victims, their families, first responders, and the entire community impacted by this traumatic event.
