As part of its mission to create safe and healthy communities through personal change and accountability, the Ramsey County Community Corrections recently hosted a powerful cultural experience for Native residents.

The CHRO is responsible for leading all aspects of the county’s human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, labor relations, compensation, benefits and organizational development, for a workforce of approximately 4,000 employees.

Youth Explosion: A Community Celebration uplifts justice-impacted youth through creativity, leadership and recognition with two events on July 16.
