Special election for Ward 4 city council representative and White Bear Lake Primaries
A special election for city council representative of Ward 4, as well as the White Bear Lake primary elections, have been scheduled for Aug. 12, 2025. Absentee voting begins on June 27. Voters can begin voting by mail or in-person at the Plato Building.
- Mon.-Fri., 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., extended hours available on Saturday, Aug. 9 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
- Find your polling place, confirm if you live in the district, update registration, and view sample ballots at mnvotes.gov
- Polling places in Ward 4 will be open on Election Day, Aug. 12, from 7 a.m.-8 p.m.
- Candidates interested in running for the Ward 4 seat can file affidavits of candidacy starting May 20 thru June 3, Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Ramsey County Elections Office (90 Plato Blvd W # 160, St Paul, MN 55107)
