Community Event Sponsorship

Sponsorship opportunities are available from Public Health for your next conference, summit and/or event. Saint Paul - Ramsey County values your partnership and would like to support organizations and individuals that are working to improve the health and wellness of Ramsey County residents.

How to apply

• All requests must benefit the health and wellness of Ramsey County residents.
• All request forms must be submitted at least 90 days before a conference, summit or event.
• All requests will be reviewed monthly.
• All requests will be considered and priority will be given to organization(s) that have not received funding from Public Health in the last year.
• Funds are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.

After sponsorship

If your organization is awarded a sponsorship, we will need some additional information for promotion and reimbursement. 

• Organizations will be asked for a copy of promotional materials prior to the event for promotional purposes, if time allows. 
• Organizations will be required to submit an invoice for reimbursement. Additional details will follow by email.

Levels of sponsorship

At each level of funding, Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health would ask for the following recognition:

$5000

• Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health's logo listed on the event website, flyer or promotional materials.
• Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health's name and/or logo listed on all event materials.
• Mention of Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health as a sponsor with any type of promotion prior to/during the event.
• Up to fifteen (15) registrations for a summit, conference or event. ​

$3500

• Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health's logo listed on the event website, flyer or promotional materials.
• Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health's name and/or logo listed on all event materials.
• Mention of Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health as a sponsor with any type of promotion prior to/during the event.
• Up to ten (10) registrations for a summit, conference or event. ​

$2500

• Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health's logo listed on the event website, flyer or promotional materials.
• Mention of Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health as a sponsor of a workshop or speaker prior to/during the event.
• Up to five (5) registrations for a summit, conference or event. ​

$1500

• Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health's logo listed on the event website, flyer or promotional materials.
• Up to two (2) registrations for a summit, conference or event. ​

$1000

• Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health's logo listed on the event website, flyer or promotional materials.

$500

• Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health's logo listed on the event website, flyer or promotional materials.
