Securing Reservation Permits are generally available from the first Saturday in June through the third Sunday in August. Groups of 25 or more may make reservations on a first come, first serve basis at least two weeks in advance to receive a $1 discount per person. Group reservations may only be made for weekdays, excluding July 4.
Waterworks hours of operation are 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. (water pump shuts off at 7:45 p.m.)
Group reservations
Discounted reservations are available for groups of 25 or more. Reservations are available weekdays (except July 4) for entry between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m on a first come, first served basis. Two weeks advance notice is required. You can request a group permit online.
Payment
We accept Discover, Visa and MasterCard for payment.
Cancellations and inclement weather
Full refund, minus a $28 processing fee, will be issued if cancellation is made at least 30 days in advance. Groups will be contacted if facility closes for inclement weather and allowed to transfer to a later date or offered a full refund.
