Skating Lessons

Ramsey County does not offer hockey or figure skating lessons directly through the Parks & Recreation department. The following organizations offer lessons within the county arena system.

Herb Brooks Rink Rats

• Offered at Phalen and Harding Arenas.
• Open to youth ages 8-12 who want to learn to skate and play hockey.
• Free to participants and no skates or equipment necessary.

• Learn to Skate USA lessons offered at Highland and Pleasant arenas.
