Ramsey County Parks & Recreation is preparing a master plan amendment for the Trout Brook Regional Trail to accommodate a trail extension from Lake McCarrons County Park in Roseville, north to Vadnais-Snail Lakes Regional Park in Vadnais Heights. Trout Brook Regional Trail is currently a 1.6-mile trail extending from Lake McCarrons County Park south to the Gateway section of the Willard Munger State Trail in Saint Paul.
Three community engagement meetings were held in March 2017 to gather feedback on the proposed trail.
