Career Pathways Program
The Pathways program trains people in fields that are in demand - such as clerical services, human services, public works and building operations - through collaboration with community partners. The program provides training, work experience and support. This can lead to a job at Ramsey County or other employers.
Participants are typically people experiencing barriers to getting better jobs. Barriers can include lack of a college degree, criminal history or skills that do not match the job market.
Programming includes training for office specialists, human services, building operations and public works.
Program offerings and schedules vary. One-hour information sessions are held every Monday at 9 a.m.
