The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners has scheduled the public hearings and public comment openings listed below.
If you wish to speak at a public hearing, please register in advance by completing the comment registration form or by contacting the Chief Clerk’s Office at 651-266-9200.
April 9 Mystic Place land donation public hearing
In-person option
A public hearing will be conducted on April 9 at 9 a.m. to afford the public the opportunity to comment on the proposed ordinance and to convey the donated land as parkland. Persons who intend to testify are encouraged to sign up online prior to Tuesday, April 9, 2024.

Public comment period and hearing for Ramsey County’s portion of the Dakota County Consortium’s 2024 Annual Action Plan
This notice is to announce the beginning of a 30-day public comment and hearing of a draft of the Ramsey County portion of the Dakota County Consortium 2024 Annual Action Plan. The purpose of the public comment period and hearing is to receive comments from the general public concerning the proposed housing and community development needs and objectives of Ramsey County and the proposed use of FY2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funding, program income derived from CDBG and HOME and funds reallocated from previous action plans.

The 2024 Annual Action Plan will be considered by the Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment Authority on May 14, 2024, immediately following the County Board meeting in the Council Chambers. The meeting (live and recorded) will be available online.
