Ramsey County Solid Waste Management Plan
The Ramsey County Solid Waste Management Plan is a policy-based community-guiding document for managing trash and recycling in ways that support healthy people, a healthy economy and a healthy environment.
The plan guides how we reduce waste, increase recycling and avoid landfilling, and outlines how we work with residents, businesses and partners to meet state and county goals. It is written with a 20-year vision and updated every six years.
