Heading Home Ramsey is Ramsey County's Continuum of Care (CoC), a community-wide partnership that includes a wide variety of nonprofits, community leaders, local governments and people with lived experience who are committed to the goal of ending homelessness in the county.

2024 Needs Assessment Presentation

You’re invited to attend the Heading Home Ramsey Needs Assessment Presentation. The virtual presentation will take place from. The focus will be on the findings of the 2024 Needs Assessment, along with an introduction to the next steps in strategic planning for the county-wide Continuum of Care (CoC), Heading Home Ramsey. Everyone is welcome, especially those with an interest in the homelessness response system.

CoC-Approved Consolidated Application

On Friday, October 25, 2024, the Heading Home Ramsey Governing Board approved the CoC’s FY2024 HUD Continuum of Care Consolidated Application, which includes the CoC Application and the Project Priority Listing. These documents, along with a user-friendly ranked project priority list, are now available for public review prior to the HUD application deadline on Wednesday, October 30, 2024.

Governance and structure 

Heading Home Ramsey is led by a governing board and a steering committee. Heading Home Ramsey is also comprised of several committees and workgroups.

Residents are encouraged to attend public meetings and events for Heading Home Ramsey.

Biannual Continuum of Care meeting

This full Continuum of Care meeting is held each March and November and is required for current governing board and steering committee members. This is an open meeting, so all are welcome to attend.

Annual Point-in-Time Count

The Annual Point-In-Time Count is required by Department of Housing and Urban Development for every community in the country and serves as a static count of the number of people experiencing homelessness.
