Urgent Care for Adult Mental Health provides service to adults (ages 18 and over) in Ramsey County who are experiencing a mental health or chemical health crisis. Walk-in services include access to an onsite team of psychiatrists, nurses, social workers and trained peer support staff that provide person-centered, recovery-focused care.
Urgent Care for Adult Mental Health offers an alternative to visiting the emergency room during a mental health crisis. You can expect excellent, professional service in a caring, supportive environment.
Phone support is available 24/7 and mobile crisis teams are available to meet you at your home, school, workplace or in the community.

- 24/7 crisis phone support.
- Mental health crisis assessment.
- Access to crisis psychiatry as eligible.
- Chemical health screening.
- Peer support.
- Crisis stabilization services (for residents of Ramsey and Washington counties).
- Family education and support.
- Referral to community resources.
Cost
There is a fee for Urgent Care services. Services are billed to insurance providers when available. A variety of payment options are available including an income-based sliding fee scale.
