Clinic 555 Syringe Service Program (SSP) is an anonymous, nonjudgmental place for individuals to get free supplies and additional services. This program is based in harm reduction.

  • Anonymous syringe exchange and disposal.
  • Various syringe sizes available for injecting medications, substances and hormones.
  • Naloxone/Narcan (overdose reversal medication).
  • Naloxone training for individuals and community organizations. 
  • Fentanyl and Xylazine testing strips.
  • Wound care.
  • Harm reduction education.
  • HIV and Hepatitis C testing.
  • Vaccinations.
  • Connection to community resources.

Naloxone Training 

Individuals

Individuals wanting naloxone or naloxone training can call or visit the Syringe Service Program. Appointments not needed, simply call with questions or walk-in during open hours (above).

Community organizations

Saint Paul – Ramsey County Public Health is offering free naloxone training for Ramsey County community organizations and partners. Public Health staff will come to your location for the training session. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour, depending on the needs of the organization. Each person that attends training will receive a naloxone kit.
